Delete your DocScan account

DocScan works without an account. If you created one to back up or sync your documents, you can delete it, and everything stored with it, at any time.

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account, every synced document and every stored page image from our servers immediately. Documents on your phone are not touched.

Without the app: email contact@txonix.com from the address you sign in with and ask for your account to be deleted. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted: your email address, your synced documents and their text, every stored page image, and all sign-in sessions. Nothing is kept afterwards, except what a law requires us to keep (today, nothing).
